At Auremont Cellars, we are committed to delivering your wellness essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • During promotional periods or high-demand launches, processing may take up to 3 business days — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include weekends or holidays. Auremont Cellars is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your Auremont Cellars account dashboard.

Product Integrity & Packaging

As a wellness brand, we take product integrity seriously:

  • All supplements are sealed in tamper-evident packaging to ensure safety and freshness.
  • Orders are packed in recyclable, eco-friendly materials in line with our commitment to sustainability.
  • Heat-sensitive products are shipped with seasonal insulation during summer months (June–September) at no extra cost.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we will reship at no cost.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please email a photo to foqafxfknthlr8050@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
  • Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Auremont Cellars is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
